The Merchant of Venice – Andalusian Soul

Andalusian Soul is a bold fragrance characterized by refined and fresh acacia, elegant and sensual vanilla, intense amber, enriched by touches of cistus and rum. The sublime mix of precious and refined raw materials is made even more fascinating by balsamic accords and aromatic sage.

The elegant bottle, in yellow and orange tones and shades, recalls the warm atmospheres of Morocco and southern Spain.

Andalusian Soul is inspired by the Muda of Barbaria. Starting from Venice, the Muda di Barbaria moved towards Tripoli, Djerba and Tunis. From here it headed for Malaga and then skirted Spain to Valencia and Tortosa. From this route the Venetian merchants imported precious raw materials such as rosemary, savory, cistus labdanum and the typical liqueurs of the Andalusian tradition.
